השימוש ב־CurbLift כפוף לתנאים אלה. CurbLift היא פלטפורמה המחברת בין לקוחות לבין בעלי עגלה נגררת עצמאיים; היא אינה חברת הובלות ואינה מספקת שירותי סבלות.Use of CurbLift is subject to these terms. CurbLift is a platform connecting customers with independent trailer owners; it is not a moving company and does not provide porter services.

1. עיקרון "מהמדרכה למדרכה"1. The curb-to-curb principle

הלקוח מוציא ומעמיס את המטען בעצמו, והנהג פורק אותו אצל הלקוח — הלקוח פורק בעצמו. תפקיד הנהג הוא לקשור את המטען, לבדוק את יציבותו ולהסיעו בבטחה. הנהג אינו נכנס לבתים, אינו עולה במדרגות ואינו מבצע שירותי סבלות.The customer moves and loads the cargo themselves, and unloads it at the destination themselves. The driver's role is to strap the cargo, check its stability and tow it safely. The driver does not enter homes, climb stairs or perform porter services.

Loading and unloading are the customer's responsibility.

3. מחיר ותשלום3. Price and payment

המחיר נקבע אוטומטית ואחיד לכל הנהגים: ₪300 בסיס (שעה ראשונה ו־10 ק״מ ראשונים), ₪50 לכל חצי שעה נוספת (מעוגל כלפי מעלה) ו־₪5 לכל ק״מ מעבר ל־10. זמן ההובלה נמדד בשעון האפליקציה בין "התחלת הובלה" ל"סיום הובלה", בשני אישורים משותפים. CurbLift גובה עמלה של 5% והיתרה מועברת לבעל העגלה.The price is set automatically and is identical for all drivers: ₪300 base (first hour and first 10km), ₪50 per additional half-hour (rounded up) and ₪5 per km beyond 10. Haul time is measured on the app's meter between "start haul" and "end haul", by two shared confirmations. CurbLift charges a 5% fee and the remainder is paid to the trailer owner.

4. סירוב בנקודת האיסוף4. Refusal at the curb

אם בפועל המטען חורג מהותית מהמידות או מהמשקל שהוזנו, הנהג רשאי לסרב להעמסה בנקודת האיסוף. במקרה כזה עשויים לחול דמי הגעה.If the actual cargo grossly exceeds the entered size or weight, the driver may refuse to load at the curb. A callout fee may apply in such a case.

5. אחריות5. Liability

הלקוח אחראי לאריזה, להעמסה ולפריקה של המטען. הנהג אחראי לקשירה בטוחה ולהסעה זהירה. CurbLift מספקת את הפלטפורמה ואינה צד להובלה עצמה.The customer is responsible for packing, loading and unloading the cargo. The driver is responsible for safe strapping and careful driving. CurbLift provides the platform and is not a party to the haul itself.

6. חשבונות ודירוג6. Accounts and ratings

משתמשים אחראים לשמירת פרטי הכניסה שלהם. בסיום כל הובלה שני הצדדים מדרגים זה את זה. שימוש לרעה עלול להוביל להשעיית חשבון.Users are responsible for keeping their login details secure. At the end of each haul both sides rate each other. Misuse may lead to account suspension.
