We collect only what is needed to connect customers with trailer owners and complete a haul safely.

מידע שאנו אוספיםWhat we collect

• פרטי חשבון — שם, טלפון וכתובת דוא"ל.Account details — name, phone and email address.
• נתוני נהג — מסמכי זהות, רישיונות, ביטוח ופרטי עגלה, לצורך אימות ואישור.Driver data — identity documents, licenses, insurance and trailer details, for verification and approval.
• מיקום — כתובות איסוף ויעד, ומיקום הנהג בזמן אמת במהלך הובלה פעילה בלבד.Location — pickup and drop-off addresses, and the driver's live location during an active haul only.
• פרטי הובלה — מידות ומשקל המטען, מרחק, זמן מדוד ומחיר. איננו מבקשים לדעת מה המטען.Haul details — cargo size and weight, distance, measured time and price. We never ask what the cargo is.

כיצד אנו משתמשים במידעHow we use it

להתאים בין מטען לעגלה מתאימה, לחשב מחיר לפי המונה, לאפשר מעקב בזמן אמת, לאמת נהגים ולתמוך בבטיחות ובשירות הלקוחות. איננו מוכרים מידע אישי לצדדים שלישיים.To match cargo with a suitable trailer, compute the metered price, enable live tracking, verify drivers and support safety and customer service. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

שיתוף מידעSharing

הצדדים להובלה רואים זה את שמו, דירוגו ואמצעי הקשר של השני, כנדרש לביצוע ההובלה. ספקי תשתית (אירוח, מפות) מקבלים גישה מוגבלת לצורך הפעלת השירות בלבד.Parties to a haul see each other's name, rating and contact details, as needed to complete the haul. Infrastructure providers (hosting, maps) receive limited access solely to operate the service.

שמירה ואבטחהRetention & security

אנו שומרים מידע כל עוד החשבון פעיל וכנדרש על פי חוק. סיסמאות נשמרות מוצפנות ומידע רגיש מוגן באמצעים מקובלים בתעשייה.We retain information while the account is active and as required by law. Passwords are stored hashed and sensitive data is protected using industry-standard measures.
